Night of horror in Paris on Friday November 13, 2015 as nine suicide bombers from ISIS went on a shooting rampage at six different locations in Paris and also at the Stade de France just outside Paris, claiming 130 lives in all. Paris prosecutor Francois Molins said that there were three coordinated commandos in the Paris attacks. "Three vehicles, Polo, Seat, Clio all arrived in Paris in a convoy in 10-minute intervals from Belgium. All the cars were rented in Belgium," he said.


Le Bataclan at 50 Boulevard Voltaire: 89 people attending a concert by the Eagles of Death Metal were shot dead here.


Le Petit Cambodge restaurant (above) and Le Carillon bar (below) face each other at the junction of rue Bichat and rue Alibert.


Le Carillon bar. A total of 15 people were shot dead in Le Petit Cambodge restaurant and Le Carillon bar.


Bullet holes at La Bonne Bière bar at the junction of rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi and rue du Faubourg du Temple.


The gunmen also fired on diners at La Casa Nostra pizzeria, 30 meters away at 2 rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi. A total of 5 persons were killed in these two establishments.


La Belle Equipe bar at 92 rue de Charonne: 19 people having a drink at the terrace were shot dead here.


Journalists from all over the world reported the event live from Paris, here a woman journalist reporting from the Place de la Republique.


As in the case of the Charlie Hebdo killings in January 2015 the Place de la Republique was turned spontaneously into a makeshift, centralized memorial spot for the 130 people who lost their lives in the six sites shown above.
